RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any reason you have changed your mind about any of the MM Linen items you have ordered, we are of course more than happy for you to return these back to us for a refund.

We ask that you contact us by phone (01858 810 023) or email prior to returning you goods, to advise us to the reason for your return and if you require a refund or exchanged.

We also ask for you to enclose the return form provided with your returning goods, and include on this your name, order number and the reason for your return; this is so our warehouse team can recognise your order and process your returns request in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT:
Shipping fees are only refundable where there is a fault with your order or any of the products that you have been sent.
Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back to the original payment method.
For any item purchased from one of our retail stockists, please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from, as they have their own returns policies.

Damage or Non-delivery

If goods are received damaged, please notify our customer services as soon as possible after receipt on 01858 810 023 or via email.

Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case inspection is requested by our carriers.
