Wool is breathable , moisture wicking and temperature regulating, so tog rating fluctuates, retaining heat when required but also releasing it if you need to cool down. Wool is dust mite resistant and naturally resistant to micro bacteria, making it hypoallergenic and hygienic. Natural, sustainable and chemical free, this duvet does not contain bonding agents or synthetic liners.

If you have changed your mind about any of the M.M Linen items you have ordered, we are more than happy for you to return these to us for a refund and ask that you contact us by phone (01858 810 023) or email prior to returning your goods, to advise us of the reason for your return and if you require a refund or exchange.

Please enclose the returns form provided with your returning goods, and include on this your name, order number and the reason for your return; this is so our warehouse team can recognise your order and process your returns request in a timely manner.

If goods are received damaged, please notify our customer services as soon as possible after receipt on 01858 810 023 or via email. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case inspection is requested by our carriers.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are only refundable where there is a fault with your order or any of the products that you have been sent.

Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

For any item purchased from one of our retail stockists, please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from, as they have their own returns policies.

Regular airing helps to refresh your duvet, prolonging life and performance. If a deeper clean is required, machine wash on a 30 degrees wool cycle, using a detergent specifically created for wool. Gently spin to remove excess water, remove immediately from the machine, re-shpae and air dry. Do not tumble dry. We do not recommend dry cleaning.
