Shipping policy

We agree to ship orders to the address provided when you placed your order and will aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow a few days extra for us to process your order during peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, power strikes or shortages.

If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of business, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact telephone number.

Free delivery for all UK orders over £90; Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £5.95 and we reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands).

Please note we do not currently ship outside the UK Mainland.
